A white farmhouse among ancient olive trees, all to yourselves: three rooms, the pool and the garden, for up to six guests. The beaches are 5 km away, Ostuni 8.
Out on the olive plain, below the hill
Terra Mater stands in the countryside at the foot of the hill that runs from Ostuni to Cisternino, close to the Dune Costiere nature park. All around are olive trees, many of them centuries old.
The house has three rooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen in the gazebo by the pool and a garden with a barbecue under the pergola. It is booked as a whole, for up to six people.

The rooms are named after the fields
Each door has a hand-painted tile with the room’s name. Two rooms have a double bed and one has two singles; all have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, minibar and a safe.

The whole place is yours
Terra Mater is booked as a whole: the three rooms, the gazebo kitchen, the pool, the lawn and the barbecue garden are for your party alone. Up to six people: a family, two families together or a group of friends.

Between the rooms and the olive trees there are three places to spend the day, from breakfast until late.
The pool
On the lawn, with loungers, umbrellas and hanging chairs; it’s lit up in the evening. The name of the house is set in mosaic on its edge.
The Gazebo degli Ulivi
Less than ten metres from the rooms, beside the pool: a full kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a machine for coffee, cappuccino and tea. In the morning you’ll find everything to make your own breakfast, to have by the pool or on the terrace.
The Giardino degli Ulivi
In the shade of the iron pergola: sofas, a long table and a masonry barbecue with an oven, available on request.

Dinner, without leaving the gate
On request, the chef comes to Terra Mater for a dinner of traditional Apulian dishes, or the pizzaiolo for a pizza night; or you can take a cooking class in orecchiette, panzerotti and focaccia. The barbecue is yours to use for €50. Chef, pizza and cooking class need at least four days’ notice and are charged.
