Who handles the data

What the site collects

The site uses no cookies, has no visitor analytics and loads nothing from other services: fonts and photos are served from our own domain. Like any web server, ours logs technical request data (IP address, page, time), kept only as long as needed for security.

Availability requests

The form sends nothing to a server of ours: it writes a message that you send with WhatsApp or your own email. We therefore receive only what you choose to send (name, dates, number of guests, notes, your number or email address) and use it to reply and, if you book, for your stay.

Guests

For guests who stay, Italian law requires us to send identity document details to the police (Alloggiati Web) and statistical data to the Puglia Region. This data is kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to terramater2020@libero.it. You may also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
